Join Alice in a 7-day Juice Detox plan to shed Christmas pounds and get more energy

If, like me, you've been put on a few too many mince-pie pounds over Christmas, then it's time to kickstart your healthy eating habits for 2011 with a detox. Come 1 January, I'll be hiding the Quality Street and starting on nutritionist Christine Bailey's 7-day Juice Detox Plan.
Don't worry, you don't have to survive on just juice! The plan incorporates juices and light meals - so a foodie like me doesn't feel like they're missing out. And the good news is that Christine promises it's the basis of a new healthy eating regime - plus I could lose up to 4lb and half an inch from my waist.
So, I'm off to get my juicer (you'll need one too if you want to make the recipes). Then you can follow the same Juice Detox plan, print out the recipes, and follow my daily blog to see how tough or easy I'm finding it!
