She's over half way through her flat stomach challenge, but is Sarah starting to reap the benefits of her hard work?

Sarah's workout will tone your tum
Something really exciting happened this week – I wore a pair of expensive jeans that were hiding at the back of my wardrobe for the first time since I’ve had kids! They’re a lovely pair of Chloe jeans that I splashed out on years ago and couldn’t bear to part with when they became too small.
I haven’t lost any weight, but my clothes, especially my jeans, fit in a completely different way. I don’t have to hold my stomach in to do them up anymore and nothing hangs over the edge. I used to worry that they looked unflattering and uncomfortable, but now, thanks to the last five weeks of hard work, they actually fit properly and look really nice. I’m delighted.
My trainer, Karolina, is trying to stop me from fixating on not losing weight, but she’s also ramped things up a bit this week. We’ve upped my cardio by 5minutes per session and I’m eating more protein and less carbs. And to combat any sweet cravings, Karolina recommended making pancakes with chocolate protein powder and egg whites – much tastier than they sound, honest!
