Karen (right) and sister Mandie at the Zest Challenge
Guess what? I’ve already dropped a dress size! Woo-hoo, I’m so excited, we’re only halfway through the challenge but I went shopping the other day and was trying on dresses a size smaller – I almost did a little dance in the changing room to celebrate! That doesn’t mean I’m going to start eating biscuits from now on or anything. In fact it’s made me more determined than ever to stick at it, I can’t wait to see how my body will change after another four weeks.
Jane has really stepped up my training over the last week. As well as my weekly personal training session, runs and Pilates class, I’ve started doing Spin too. It doesn’t half make you sweat, but I feels like I’ve really worked hard after each session.
I did the Zest Challenge last weekend, too, with my sister, Mandie. It was so much fun – tough and hilly, but brilliant. I’m not sure I would have enjoyed it quite so much if I hadn’t been exercising so hard over the last month – it feels great to be so much fitter.
