Give your running mojo a boost with free entry to The Running Show at Sandown Park Park, Esher, in Surrey November 24-25, 2012.
Pre-register for the event, and you'll get in for free - otherwise tickets are £12 on the door.
The show caters for all runners and enthusiasts, from the casual beginner through to the veteran marathon runner, with our sister magazine Runner's World on hand to help with training plans.
Other exhibitors include Physio4Life, who will be operating a sports injuries clinic and offering sweat testing to help you identify your best hydration strategy. Sub-4 Biomechanics' podiatrists and physiotherapists will be offering free assessments to establish biomechanical weaknesses, while The Running School is launching its new Marathon Package including technique coaching, strength, discounted treatments and a personalised training programme for runners.
Retailers including Shock Absorber, Skins, Crewroom, New Balance, adidas and many others will be at the show, along with nutrition experts and the world-renowned Surrey Human Performance Institute which is taking bookings for its Advice Clinic. Sessions on offer range from maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) and Anaerobic Threshold testing - the ‘gold standard’ of fitness tests - to body composition strength and conditioning, yoga and nutrition.
