If you find the prospect a bit daunting you can try to ease yourself into it. Why not enter the Everyone Active indoor Triathlon Challenge on September 8, 2011? Entry fee is a donation of minimum £1. There'll be expert help at hand, you can wear whatever you like and it's for a good cause.
Funds raised benefit the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, and if you are up for the challenge then you are automatically entered into a prize draw.
