Nike Training Club Outdoors at Regents Park

Last week we headed to Regents Park to test the newly launched Nike Training Club Outdoors. Hot on the heels of the NTC app, Nike have launched a series of totally free, full body workout classes in various London parks. They focus on the five fitness fundamentals: strength, cardio, core, balance and flexibility, but rather than spending an hour being yelled at by a menacing ex-military man this class will get you fit while you’re actually having fun!

Trainers Sonja Moses and Brian Cochrane are so positive, motivational and light hearted you come away aching, but raring for the next class. They put you through your paces with a potent combination of fat burning cardio and resistance training that tones and hones your whole bod. Not only that, you’ll find you push yourself that bit harder thanks to the camaraderie of the group, and as each class is tweaked to challenge you in different ways – you’ll never get bored.

Want to get involved? There are classes every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday – starting tonight at Clapham Common. Just head to http://www.facebook.com/NikeTrainingClubUK, ‘like’ the page, and follow the online booking instructions to bag your place. If you can’t make it, or you live outside of London download the free app, head to your local park with a group of mates and make your own training club.
