Enjoy a ladies' day of windsurfing, wake boarding and SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) on the south coast, for an entrance fee of just £10 with all proceeds going to the W4CR (Windsurfing 4 Cancer Research).

Organised by FLOW (For Ladies Of Watersport), it's a chance to have a go at activities you may not have tried before, with every level from beginners up catered for.

The day starts with yoga led by health guru Caroline Radway, followed by lessons in windsurfing, wake boarding and SUP from friendly female instructors. For those who are already experienced in windsurfing, intermediate and advanced lessons will also be available.

The biggest event is set to be the "Blast 4 Breast Cancer" fundraising team relay, with legs taking place both on land and water. Men are invited to take part in this section of the day too - provided that they don a wig for the duration.

'Go with the Flow; For Female Cancer Care' takes place on 24 September, 2011, at Hove Lagoon Watersports. To register and for full details, surf on to www.flowatersports.com.
