The dreaded bounce: it's every fittie's worst nightmare. Not only is it painful and leads to sagging, bouncing breasts during a workout are - let's face it - really embarrassing.  But thanks to the Shock Absorber Max Support bra, we don't have to worry about support, or lack thereof, any more. We're already huge fans of their Run bra here at Zest HQ (Shock Absorber did years of research into what happens to the breasts during running to develop it) and now they've impressed us again with a lightweight, stylish and, most importantly, seriously supportive bra.

The Max Support Bra Top has soft internal cups that surround the breasts to diminish movement, and a double strap to ensure the bra stays in place for your entire workout. It's extremely comfortable and, with a funky red, white and blue colour way, is majorly show-off-able.

To really test the Max Support, we put it through its paces in a trampoline fitness class, Boogie Bounce. Founder Jenny Belcher and Pilates guru Caroline Sandry were on hand to take us through a 45-minute bounce and 15-minute Pilates session, all in our shiny new Shock Absorber bras.

Boogie Bounce is high-energy, low-impact and incredibly enjoyable. It's similar to other group cardio classes, except you do all the moves while bouncing on a mini-trampoline! We jumped, ran, kicked, punched and sashay-ed and had so much fun doing it, we hardly realised how hard we were working. Best of all, we can confirm that, despite there being a group of women ranging from bust sizes 30A to 36F jumping around on trampolines, there wasn't a bouncing boob in sight, thanks to our new bras.

Get your Max Support Bra Top for £34 here and find a Boogie Bounce class near you here, or get your very own Urban Rebounding mini trampoline and DVD set so you can bounce at home using the Bounce Attack moves online right here!
