Beat the bloat with the Activia TLC plan

The tastiest way to get your body back on track!

It was only a month ago that I was making my usual New Year's resolution to detox after a festive season of parties and mince pies. Even for a healthy eater like me, there's no escaping the excesses of Christmas! So when Activia asked if anyone at Zest HQ wanted to try its 14-day TLC plan, a tailored, interactive eating plan aimed at getting you back to your best, I was first in line.

After a few questions about my likes and dislikes, I received my tailored two-week eating plan, which included breakfasts like nutty granola, seeded blueberry muffins, and creamy apricot porridge; lunches like bean cous cous with pine nuts, roasted red peppers, and coronation chicken wraps; and dinners such as spag bol, mushroom risotto, and tuna nicoise, plus snacks (flapjacks, hummus with crudites, and oatcakes with brie) and more Activia yoghurts than you could shake a stick at.

This was my kind of diet!

What's more, the interactive element meant I felt fully supported throughout and could always log onto the website to receive expert lifestyle and fitness tips to keep me on track.

I never went hungry because there was always a delicious meal or snack option to hand. In fact, there were days when I couldn't manage everything on the eating plan!

Two weeks later, I'm feeling fab again and those Christmas excesses are a distant memory.
