i truly believe my metabolism has slowed right down now ive hit my 40s, ive been on slimming world twice due to the fact i wanted to loose weight to get pregnant and twice i succeded!!!!! Now im doing slimming world for the 3rd time and not losing a pound and ive been with them for 6 weeks, doing exactly as i did the last 2 times i excersise at least 3 times a week and im always out walking my dog harvey!!!!!! i will try these foods that are meant to speed the metabolism up and will let you know!!!!!
