Healthy snack-time: low-fat yogurt and a nectarine

1 mini pitta bread and 1tbsp of hummus


1 small banana and 3 Brazil nuts


1 medium-sized apple and a 2cm (20g) chunk of reduced-fat cheddar cheese.


1 dark Ryvita and 1 small hard-boiled egg.


1 medium slice of dark rye bread with 1 dsp of low-fat soft cheese.


1 pot of low-fat diet fruit yogurt with 1 nectarine


5 dried, ready-to-eat apricots and 4 almonds.


1 small ripe mango and 1 pot of diet fruit fromage frais.


1 Nakd Cocoa Mint Raw Wholefood Bar


Boots Shapers Salt and Vinegar Spirals (15g)

This is all very well but is it just me that struggles with the concept or 3 brazil nuts or 1 spoon of hummous???

fab ideas for just snacks as you need to keep eating regular! my routine is 9am breakfast then 11am 45 mins workout then a snack to recharge my body and muscles then at 1pm i have dinner then at 3pm another 45min session then another snack to refuel then tea at 6pm its worked for me iv shed 4 stone in 4 months so eating those little snacks really help to fuel my body i also go to bed at 10pm to fully recharge my batterys i use the NIKE TRAINING CLUB to help me with my workouts you can get this on your ipod or computer ....goodluck for losing weight
