Tuna jacket
Tuna jacket potato with salad

Tuna jacket

1 medium/250g baked jacket potato, filled with 100g can tuna in spring water, drained and mixed with 1dsp reduced-calorie mayo and 2tbsp cooked sweetcorn kennels, 2 cherry tomatoes and mixed leaves salad.


Tasty chicken salad

1 medium skinless cooked chicken breast, sliced, combined with 1 small segmented orange, salad leaves, chopped cucumber, red onion and 1 tbsp oil-free French dressing, plus 1 medium slice of dark rye bread and 1 small banana.


Greek feta salad

Arrange some salad leaves on a plate with some diced cucumber, tomato, red onion and red pepper, a 50g pack of Greek feta cheese, crumbled, and an oil-free dressing of choice. Garnish with fresh herbs and add 1 small slice of crusty bread.


Cheese ciabatta

1 small ciabatta roll, filled with 2tsp light spread, 2 slices of Emmental light cheese, 2tsp tomato salsa, fresh rocket and tomato; plus 2 plums.


Meaty bagel

1 bagel, halved and topped with 75g pastrami and watercress or rocket, plus 2tbsp reduced-fat coleslaw, 4 cherry tomatoes; plus 1 kiwi fruit.


Mozzarella salad

Slice 1 beef tomato and arrange in a heatproof serving dish layered with half a reduced-fat soft Italian mozzarella cheese ball, sliced, and half a small avocado, sliced. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and grill for 2 minutes. Add a few fresh basil leaves before serving.

A pot of Prêt  A Manger Carrot, Lentil & Toasted Cumin Soup; plus Berried Treasure Elderflower & Raspberry Jelly OR a Marks & Spencer Lovely Vegetables Laksa Noodle Snackpot and 1 kiwi fruit.

Starbucks Tuna Potato and Bean Salad, plus a Mullerlight yogurt and a medium banana.
