The rumours about green tea are true. It's packed with catechins, which stimulate your metabolism. The odd cup isn't enough, though - researchers at Fudan University in China found you need to drink six or more cups a day to increase weight loss.

Can't stand the stuff? Try taking it in tablet form instead.
