Eat red hot chilli

Tests by the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition in the US have shown that capsaicin, the ingredient which gives chillies their kick, could almost double the rate you burn calories, as well as fighting fat build-up by triggering protein changes in your body.

Capsaicin also appears to have appetite suppressant powers, especially for fatty, salty or sweet foods. Bring on the curry!

Too hot for you? Try Chili Burn, a natural weight loss supplement that helps speeds up your metabolism with a fat burning effect.
