Just 30 minutes of activity each day is great for your health - do it outside and see your stress plummet too! Walking for Health (WfH) combines the two, by supporting the largest network of health walk schemes across England.

The project offers regular short walks over easy terrain with trained leaders. By promoting over 600 schemes, WfH contributes to improving the health and happiness of 66,000 regular walkers nationwide.

In May Walking for Health teamed up with VisitWoods to hold a year of woodland walks, all of which can be easily accessed on their website.

Walking for Health walks are free and take place across England. Visit their website to find routes in your area.
