Meet our three Zest readers, who each want to make this the summer they step up to the bikini challenge - but with slightly different goals.

Natalie, 29, works in advertising sales. She wants to lose a stone and feel confident in her summer clothes.

Sarah, 34, is a mum-of-two who works part-time and is desperate to reclaim her flat pre-baby tum.

Karen, 27, is a busy community nurse who wants to be able to wear her skinny jeans with confidence this summer.
