Fancy signing up for your first 10K race?

This month Zest's Kate Langrish has taken up the Zest Challenge to run her first 10K in 10 weeks' time. She's a running newbie, so will be following this exclusive training plan from Zest's famous running book, Running Made Easy.

We want you to take up the challenge too!

Here's the running plan, so you can print it out, stick it on your fridge, and follow it alongside Kate. She'll be blogging about her progress, and we'd love to hear how you're getting on, too. So stick a message on her blog, or start up your own blog in the Zest Challenge folder in forums.

This is really helpful, I need a little bit of direction on the running (or rather beginning to run) front - thanks Zest!

thanks for sharing that. It's really a helpful information. If anyone wish to collect DVDs and E-Books for each level of running program, just have a look on that http://www.runlovin.com/

Does anyone know how I judge my effort levels please? I just completed the Sofa to 5K Plan and really enjoyed it but not sure what to make of this one.

I've just signed up the Zest Challenge on the 15th June. Im reasonably fit doing a mixture of gym classes such as Spin, Zumba, Yoga and Body Combat. If I want to start following this running plan, would you recommend following this in addition to my gym classes? Or do I cut my gym classes and just follow this? This on it's own doesn't seem a lot of exercise though....

HELP!!!!!
