Getting started

Get the hang of the following moves in the plan, and you'll be on your way to serious results. All it takes is 12 reps of each move, repeating the circuit twice for the first two weeks and ramping up to three sets for the final fortnight.

These exercises look great but it would have really helped if you had made a little video to show us these moves. Some of these are complicated for those of use not used to excercies classes.
