Move 7: The bum lifter

This lunge walk is great for creating buns of steel, with toned thighs to match.

  • Stand, with your feet hip-width apart for balance and your torso upright. Lift your right leg, bent at the knee, as high as is comfortable.
  • Step forwards and lunge down as low as possible. Then stand up on your front leg and lift your back knee in front of you as high as possible, and step forwards again. Repeat the lunge, travelling forwards for two reps on each leg, then do two reps to take you back to the start position.

These exercises look great but it would have really helped if you had made a little video to show us these moves. Some of these are complicated for those of use not used to excercies classes.
