Here's your chance to find out at the Zest Running Masterclass at iconic running store Run and Become, where fitness guru Matt Roberts will reveal how you can get the most from your runs by improving your technique, preventing injury, and preparing for big events.

Matt has worked with a huge range of celebrities from Naomi Campbell to PM David Cameron, and is in such high demand that he has an 18-month waiting list, but here's your chance to jump the queue now he has teamed up with Zest to bring you his favourite tips and tricks to improve your running.

There’ll also be food treats courtesy of Yog, the fat-free, probiotic frozen yoghurt company, and diet advice to fuel your running programme.
