Melon and ginger smoothie
Zing up your breakfast with a melon and ginger smoothie

Ingredients

200g galia or cantaloupe melon
250g Rachel's Greek Style Ginger Yogurt
Juice of one lime
50ml apple juice
Sprinkle of ground ginger

Serves 2

Method

Peel the melon and cut into small chunks. Place in blender.

Add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth

Pour into glasses and sprinkle with a light dusting of ground ginger
