Blitz orange peel thighs with this delicious homemade smoothie recipe
Take six fresh ingredients, blitz 'em up in your blender and enjoy a healthy smoothie that targets cellulite from within.
YOGHURT: Studies show people who consume three servings of calcium a day have less body fat than those who don't. And less fat means less cellulite.
BLUEBERRIES and RASPBERRIES: These berries are full of vitamin C, which boosts collagen and so disguises orange peel skin. They are also high in other antioxidants responsible for fighting toxins in the lymphatic system, stopping them building up in cellulite-prone areas.
GINGER: Helps boost your blood flow and circulation to improve the appearance of bumpy skin.
BANANA: Rich in potassium, which helps to reduce the water retention which can make cellulite appear worse. Bananas also contain dietary fibre which speeds up waste elimination.
PAPAYA: High in beta-carotene, tropical papaya helps prevent and heal damage to body tissue, making your skin look smoother.

Hi Em3. Nope, I think you just read it wrong: it says that water retention makes cellulite appear worse, and banana helps reduce the water retention.
