SERVES 8-10 (as part of a selection of party dishes)

PREPARATION TIME 2 minutes

PER SERVING 20 calories, 1.5g fat (sat fat 0.9g)

100g smoked salmon pieces

60g extra-light cream cheese

2tbsp low-fat crème fraîche

juice of 1 lemon

½ pack of fresh dill

freshly ground black pepper

1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth, check the seasoning and add a little more pepper if necessary. Serve garnished with dill.

  • This dip has half the calories of smoked salmon paté.
  • Lemon and dill add a fresh taste to the dip.
