Before you start
- You'll need a skipping rope for your cool down, and enough floor space to move around comfortably.
- Warm up for with a range of dynamic exercises including star jumps, crossed-leg toe touches and alternate knee raises.
- Complete the six moves, then cool down with skipping on the spot and stretching.
