Olympic hopeful Jenny Meadows is on the verge of finding out whether she'll be running for Team GB at London 2012.

In the meantime, she's been back to her old school with Alfa Romeo to talk to pupils about her training - and put them through their paces with some warm-up moves.

You can see a video of her visit on the Zest YouTube site. She has three tips for getting the most out of your training, whatever your level of fitness:

  1. Enjoy yourself. There's no point in putting in the effort if it's not fun.
  2. Focus. Concentrate on yourslef and don't compare yourself with how other people are performing - it's what you do and how you improve that counts.
  3. Set short term goals. This will enable you to maintain motivation, get out there and do the work.
