Start the day with a glass of hot water with lemon and the grated zest of an orange (it contains limonene - an important antioxidant).


An anti-ageing herbal tea such as Pukka Revitalise Tea (£1.99), which contains cinnamon, cardamon, ginger and potent antioxidants, which promote circulation.


Make an anti-ageing juice to take daily. Mix 280ml of equal parts of apple, carrot and beetroot juice with ginger and parsley to taste, plus 1tsp flaxseed oil. These are all high-antioxidant foods and the flax contains omega oils for skin flexibility.

Surely - Rooibos should be included in the top anti-ageing drinks?
Full of anti-oxidants, caffeine free, and it does not stain your teeth! Lokk at the inside of your mug afterwards! I have drunk this for over 20 years and many people remark that I do not look my age of 67.
