- banana
- low-fat yogurt and a piece of fruit
- toasted bagel with Marmite, jam or peanut butter
- fruit smoothie made with milk or yogurt
- 2-3 fresh Medjool dates
- bowl of plain popcorn
- slice of fruit or malt loaf
- handful of pretzels
- handful of dried fruit - raisins, apricots, figs, tropical fruit mix
