Holiday booked, bikini at the ready. Now your tummy just needs to follow suit. Stock up on these bikini-ready foods from our three day flat stomach diet to transform yourself into the belle of the beach in no time:

Three small pots of live yogurt

Dandelion, burdock and green teas

Almonds, walnuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds,

Aloe vera juice

Apples, oranges and a small pack of blueberries

No-salt vegetable stock

Carrots, garlic, onion and a leek

One fillet each of salmon, tuna and chicken

Tahini (sesame seed paste)

Rye bread and crackers
