Personal trainer Paul Vallis devised this fat-burning workout to help our Summer body challenge candidate Natalie Mensah in her bid to lose a stone.

Paul says, 'My key message to Natalie is move, move, move! For example, star jumps during TV ad breaks, getting off the train a stop earlier and walking the rest of the way to work so her body's constantly burning calories.
'This circuit works Natalie's whole body to ramp up her calorie burn and help her achieve her weight-loss target.'
Trainer's tip: Follow this circuit of moves in order, twice through. Aim to do it three times a week – either outdoors, at home or at the gym.
