i underwent a surgery to remove my fibroid in January this year. My tummy is still kind of bulgy and i really need a work out that can flatten it. My doctor gave me the go ahead to start exercising. What exercise would you recommend for me?

Sorry, what does it mean by 6 rounds of 2 minutes? Does it mean 2 minutes on each machine then move onto the next machine, until you have done 6 sets? Or 6 sets on the same machine? Do you take a break between each 2 minute set?
Thanks

HI Lucy,

It means 6 sessions of 2 minutes per machine if you are using a selection of machines (which is recommended), or 6 sessions of 2 minutes on whichever machine/s you choose to use. So you will do a total of 12 minutes on this section of the workout, with a break between each 2-minute session to swap machines.
