My cousin is getting married in just under two months and my plan is to have dropped some of my 16st and toned up a bit by then!
I don't have a particular dress size or target weight in mind. My cousin's brother got married in the summer and I didn't enjoy it too much as I felt very self conscious in a dress. I just want to be able to walk in with more confidence than the summer wedding, especially as it's with all the same people.
Today didn't start too badly - an hour of Davina aerobics and top fit followed by some yoga stretching. My main issue is always in the follow through. The rest of the week will be important if I am going to stick to this! Hopefully walking a friends dog later in the week and I'll dust off the bike and see if I can remember how to ride one.
Off now to have my healthy chicken salad for lunch.
