I really want to lose 21 pounds for my holiday i excersise up to 6 days a week, generally being 3 times at a excercise class and the other times at a gym which could be up from a hour to maybe 2 depending on how busy the gym can be.. i generally eat healthly i do occasionally snack. but with all the excersise i do it shouldnt really matter, i used to follow the weight watchers plan and i got to goal im now 9 pound other my goal weight for that plan.. im really determined to do it! i just need some help and a push!!
anybody got any ideas on how to help me??
