Hey everyone,
I am just horrible at motivating myself to do just about anything, so I thought it might be a good idea to set up a little Twitter community. We each follow one another and spur each other on. I have been doing it for a few days now, tweeting what I have had to eat and when I have been to the gym etc. I have had a few replies telling me to 'go for it' etc and it really is motivating. Ok, so not a physical training buddy but still...
