OK, so I've seen these Reebok Train Tones from www.cloggs.co.uk http://www.cloggs.co.uk/en/invt/80850701 I like them thinking they're female and stylish- plus a very good price. To put it in context- I do zumba, spinning and general work outs at the gym.

I really like them, but want to know others opinions before I buy them.

Hi,

I've got a pair of train tones and a pair of run tones i love them - not sure you'd wear them for spinning though but i do zumba in mine and do think i can feel the difference - im sure some of what they claim to do is marketing hype but still i'm happy with mine (might take a few mins to get used to them though).

Do you live anywhere near (or fancy a trip to) an outlet centre with a reebok store? As you might be able to get them much cheaper!

I got mine for £30 ish from mandm (google it) and so far they've actually been the most comfortable and worthwhile trainer I've bought. For running I really feel that they make a difference. Not enormous and life changing but just a little boost in toning that is always helpful.

I had a pair of traintones and wore them religiously for ages. I felt a difference, not anything major, but you can feel the wobble. I stopped wearing them for LBT and Body pump classes as i felt they were putting my knees out of alignment in the squats and lunges and my knees were really feeling it. As a walking gimick i think these types of shoes (MBT/sketchers etc) are good, but not for gym work.

I wouldn't do zumba in them, they won't allow you to twist/turn easily due to the non-slip sole material, they will damage your knees.
