I've recently started rowing and discovered that, like many sports, lower back pain definitely comes with the territory! I'm working on my flexibility to improve the strength of my hamstrings which will alleviate any pressure on my back, but in the meantime does anyone know any good stretches or exercises that will help with this sore spot? I'm sure many other sportswomen will find this helpful too!

Pillow Between the Legs
This is my favorite home remedy for my back pain and sleeping with a pillow placed in between my legs helps tremendously. The next day is much better when waking up after using this remedy.
