Talk to your friends ???
When you reveal your weight loss goals to your friends and family, you have more to live up to.
You can???t give up that easily. Plus, when your friends and family know your weight loss goals,
they can be there to support you every step of the way.
Step 2 ??? Find the exercise regimen that works for you

Here???s another great tip???you don???t have to be a gym rat (nor do you want to be).
You should pick the exercise regimen that works for you. Do you like the outdoors?
Stick to a brisk walk after work. Busy schedule, kids, and work life getting in the way?
Be a weekend warrior and fit in your exercise Friday through Sunday.

Step 3 ??? Think food in advance

Surf the web for recipes. If you want to lose weight and like to cook at home, start collecting

It need to take decided weight loss before for weight loss.

If you decide your weight loss diet , it easy to define which one is useful and which one you have to skip.

I think that exercises are rather good to lose weight and if you use regular workouts in the gym you will feel the difference immediately.

Quit impressive this is,I must say these are very useful tips.What you said about diet is absolutely right.

I always say that diet is the first thing or step we need to take for a good physic,if we will eat correct food that we will achieve our goal in terms of physicality.

Going on a diet could increase the risk of creating possibly dangerous circumstances such as cardiovascular illness, diabetic issues and cancer,a research has found.So,avoid it.Just water and green tea is the best way to lose your weight. I took 8 to 12 glasses of water gradually and 2 to 3 times cup of tea in a day. And now i feel much difference in my weight.
