30 day shred is a workout DVD by Jillian Michaels from Biggest Loser USA. Jillian is know for her tough training and good results. The workouts consists of 3 levels, doing each level for 10 days excluding rest days. It is circuit training, 3 min of strenght traing, 2 min cardio and 1 min abs, each level is about 20min. Jillian reckons this is designed to banish fat.
Day 1 and 2 Level 1
I m not a complete beginner BUT it was hard, only 5 sec rest is allowed, I took advantage of that. I did modified version as I did not want to kill over on the first day.
Day 2 I was more enthusiastic and no modified version this time. Now, I know what to expect I can push myself. Felt a bit sore during the day I guess it's working.
