I was just wondering what you normally wear for cycling?
I was wearing a sports vest with built-in support then a t-shirt over the top (to hide my wobbly bits). Now that I'm getting into the cycling more I've bought myself a proper jersey. Would you still wear the sports vest + jersey (possibly too much material) or do you normally wear a bra/sports bra underneath? I have a fair pair to keep under control!!
it really does depend on how far im going, what time of year it is, weather.... in summer normally i wear cycling shorts and a short sleaved cycle jersey (and yes always got a sports bra when cycling), in winter add layers!!! ive got a winter cycling jacket which i got from aldi, and its actually really good to cycle in, got a nice fleecy lining but you dont get too hot
Def a sports bra all year.
In the winter I wear a wicking thin long sleeved underlayer under my short sleeve cycle top.
In the summer I normally wear a very thin strappy vest top.
I wear a gilet on top for those in between days as I can stuff it in my rear pocket if it gets too warm. Isn't cycle clothiing fab!
