Hello  there,

I am writing having just thought id buy myself a yoga/pilates dvd and gone on amazon to find hundreds?  Essentially I want to improve my flexibility and core strength.  I go to the gym and run but would like something I can do at home occassionally.  Any recommendations or help would be gratefully appreciated?

Shiva Rea does a range of creative core DVDs . I've also found Kirsten McGee (MTV Yoga/Pilates) is also really good.

Yoga classes are designed purely for relaxation. There are lot of yoga stlyes for learning. But choosing one of these styles offers the biggest health advantages by helping you to create your versatility, durability, and balance.
