Estée Lauder DayWear B.B Creme SPF35, £32

Our tester says, 'This slides on easily, no blending needed. Best of all, it stays put all day - with none of the shine I get with liquid foundations.'

I've just started using the No. 17 BB from Boots and I think its fab! I've got a fair few blemishes and it covers them really well. I am normally a medium shade in other makes but that looked too light so I went for the medium-dark which is a good match. The BB cream looks more even and covers just as well as my Bobby Brown foundation but feels lighter and my skin doesn't feel as 'clogged up' and heavy as it does with foundation on. I will definitely be purchasing this instead of normal foundation from now on!!

Being mixed race the first crop of BB Creams on the market did nothing for me. I made the mistake of buying the Garnier one in medium but felt it made me look too ashen and I actually found it quite drying. Now I have found the perfect one! Maybelline do one in 5 shades and it really is a 'Dream Cream'. I love it. The shade is a fabulous match, blends well, and skin feels so soft and moisturised. I cannot praise it enough though I do realise that everyone's skin is different so what works for me may not work for others. I also purchased the Sleek BB Cream as that has had rave reviews but have not yet used it so can't comment.
