What are the most popular low-cost ways to look gorgeous every day - and do they work?
A survey commissioned by Tropicana has found that 70% of British women prefer the natural approach to looking good, believing the mantra that 'beauty comes from the inside out', and that it's what you put into your body that has the biggest impact on the condition of your skin, hair, nails and overall beauty.
More than a third of women surveyed claimed they spent just 15 minutes or less on their morning beauty routine.
Their most effective beauty tips?

Nutritionist Amanda Ursell says, 'It is well known that vegetables, fruit and some fruit juices, such as orange juice, are packed full of health-giving nutrients many of which are noted as being particularly beneficial to the appearance of skin, hair and nails.
'Other research currently being undertaken is providing exciting early indications of how eating certain foods may help in a variety of ways to improve skin quality and slow down skin ageing from the inside-out.
'Within the next few years, I am hopeful that the science will finally prove what nutritionists and skin experts have acknowledged for years.'
