Light-diffusing pigments conceal dark under-eye circles with just a thin smudge.
VERDICT
'Even as a child I had dark circles, but now with increasingly fragile under-eye skin, I love that this is very light, soft, easy to blend and scent-free. The angled lipstick-like applicator made it easy to put on directly, then smooth with a fingertip. It worked so well, I thought I looked quite strange without my familiar panda eyes! A brilliant, easy-to-use pick-me-up.'
