Scrambled eggs with rye toast, grilled tomatoes, and a cup of tea

Mid-morning snack

Dip made of yogurt, mashed avocado, grated cucumber and coriander with wholemeal pitta bread

Lunch

Flatbread pizza with roasted pepper, beetroot, and goat's cheese

Afternoon snack

Toast and peanut butter

Dinner

Grilled marinated steak and green vegetables (make a marinade of olive oil, vinegar, garlic, coriander seeds and leaves)
