This anti-bloat diet, adapted from Zest nutritionist Judith Wills' The Diet Bible, helps cleanse your system.

Follow it for a whole weekend from Friday to Sunday and by Monday you should have a healthy happy stomach, that's fully functioning and flat.

Drink as much water as you like between meals - the more the better as this will help control your feelings of hunger and help cleanse your system.

Fabulous! I just finished this, on recommendation from a friend, and am very impressed with the results!! Thanks so much. You can do so much for your health just by taking a holistic approach - without necessarily turning to the meds. Came across this website www.bloatingtips.co.uk which takes a similar approach - looking at diet and so on. Maybe you could do some work with them on the topic?
