EASTERN PATHS
'My favourite route starts just outside Fressingfield in Suffolk,' says Zest's Chief Sub Editor, Cleo Hall. 'Cycle to the pretty town of Halesworth via Silverley's Green, Ubbeston, Heveningham and Walpole. There are no huge hills to slog up, plus tiny churches, moated and thatched houses and even a stately home to take in.'
