Get on your saddle and enjoy some free leisurely bike rides in your area, it's an exclusive club - only women allowed!
If you enjoy some pedal pushing but don't like cycling alone or you find your friends a little too competitive, then the Breeze Network could be for you. Breeze provides bike rides, training and support for women but without the feeling you've joined the Tour de France!
The Breeze Network allows you to find out about bike rides happening in your area using the Ride Finder on their website. You could be enjoying the views of country trails, residential roads or you local parks, with up to eight other like-minded women. There may also be the chance to grab a coffee or relax with a picnic en-route.
If you can't find a ride near you then you could always set-up your own by becoming a Breeze champion. As a Breeze champion you will receive training, free membership of British Cycling and an adidas kit. You can then set up your own routes. Courses are happening all over the country.
So if you fancy meeting some new people whilst burning a few calories over a four to five mile bike ride then visit: www.breezebikerides.com, and it's completely free.
