Get fit on a low-cost bootcamp

Weight-loss bootcamps cost just £100 for 10 weeks

Richard Scarlett Personal Training is aiming to make shape-ups affordable to everyone, with his new Weight Loss Bootcamps across South West London.

His outdoor sessions run on Clapham Common, Tooting Common, Streatham Common and Brockwell Park with a view to expanding into other areas later this year. The programme costs £100, which includes 10 sessions and ongoing support before, during and after training. Groups are limited to a maximum of 10.

Richard says, 'Training outdoors offers the potential to encourage more activity in the sedentary population, and can provide an alternative approach to those already in training.'

The 10-week fat loss programme is designed to push participants to their limits within a supportive group environment, helping to shed stubborn pounds. Each session is fast paced and non-stop, incorporating everything from sprint training to fast and powerful plyometrics to basic strength conditioning, to ensure a full body workout under the instruction of an experienced personal trainer.

'The bootcamps are designed to be fresh, fun and competitive, taking participants away from the intimidating military approach that seems to be the trend nowadays,' says Scarlett.

'These sessions cater to people at all fitness levels, from the advanced gym trainer looking for a change of scenery to the complete novice looking to build the foundations of a regular exercise programme.'
