Need some motivation to get in shape? Enlist a friend and buddy up to try this workout for two
It's easy to put off hitting the gym. Let's face it: it's expensive, it can be uninspiring, and it's hard work. But, as any Zestie will know, the endorphin-driven benefits of a good workout far outweigh the negatives. So if you've hit a low ebb exercise-wise, why not enlist a friend and try this fun series of moves designed to be done in pairs?
It's been conceived by LA fitness and nutrition expert Jenn Zerling, the author of Breaking the Chains of Obesity, to motivate and calorie-bust with minimal equipment.
Target your problem areas
Follow these instructions so that you and your buddy get the most out of your workout:
• Perform four sets of each exercise together. Each set lasts for 25 repetitions.• Navigate through all seven exercises and repeat the circuit four times.• Aim for quality of movement rather than quantity. For a gentler workout, start off with 15 reps for each exercise (for four sets) and build up to 25 reps.• Take 10-second breaks in between exercises.
