Ramona's top tips

You can customise this workout to suit, so if you're desperate to ditch your flabby arms but you like your legs as they are, simply perform the arm-sculpting moves more often. Not rocket science is it? Follow it for two weeks and you could be well on your way to having arms as toned as Halle Berry's. 'All my star clients follow my 3-2-1 Training Method,' says Ramona. 'It's essentially a circuit where you intersperse three bursts of cardio, with two blasts of toning moves to target your problem areas and finish off with one core session,' she explains. 'Celebrities are still real women. They have to put in just as much effort to get fit, stay trim and juggle their lives as the rest of us.' So there's no reason why you can't follow the same plan and achieve similar results. What are you waiting for?

Ramona Braganza's top tips:

  • CHOOSE YOUR MOVES 'Pick the cardio exercise that will hold your interest - jogging, dancing, skipping. Anything, so long as you keep moving for three minutes.'
  • MAXIMISE YOUR TIME 'Adapt the plan to suit you. If you have just 15 minutes to exercise, cut your cardio bursts to two minutes each. But if you want a longer workout, up the minutes and speed up your results in the process.'
  • WORK YOUR MUSCLES 'The toning plan focuses on one muscle group during each session. So you'll do, say, two sets of the Halle Berry's arm moves, but they'll be interspersed with one leg move to rest your upper body muscles. You'll always finish off with one set of core moves because, let's be honest, everyone wants a flatter stomach!'
  • DRINK UP 'I encourage my clients to take the 3-2-1 approach to their diets, too. That's three meals, two snacks and at least one litre of water a day. Good hydration is vital - you should aim for two litres of fluids in total, and if you can't manage it all in water, try something like glacéau vitaminwater.'

The picture of the plank doesn't seem to follow the instructions on how to do it.  In the picture the girl is resting on her hands rather than her elbows and forearms.  Bit confusing for rookies
