This twisting lunge will improve your posture and balance, while firming up your thighs and bum.
1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a Swiss ball in front of you with both hands.
2. Lunge forward with your left leg, then rotate your upper body first to the left then to the right, before stepping back up to the start position. This is one rep.
3. Aim for 12 reps, alternating between your left and right foot as you step forwards each time.
